Sorry, I've been too busy to write in here. I've been helping my dad out a lot with the company so I've been spending a lot of time outside and by the time we're done, I'm too tired to do anything at all.
My scouting and recruiting camp thing went really really well! I talked to a lot of coaches from schools all over and I think they liked me. I hope so, at least.

I can't believe it's already summer and I bet it's gonna fly by and then it'll be next fall soon. I'm sorta looking forward to it already because I'm CAPTAIN of the baseball team now! That's so cool. So boys, I know you're gonna all be busy and stuff with other sports but don't slack off with baseball, okay? We're defending champs, we gotta look good next year.
So I guess I should do this assignment. I'm gonna be working for my dad a lot this summer. I wish I could go to a baseball camp or something but I don't really have time. But that's okay. I am going to this scouting and recruiting thing on July 20 though, in Lafayette. I'm already kinda nervous. It's really intense and serious. Scouts from all over come to watch. So... yeah, I'm doing that. And just hanging around. Maybe I'll get to go to New Orleans or Baton Rouge a couple times or something.
Oh yeah I get to go see the Astros again this year! Dad got tickets a while ago and I forgot to mention it. It'll be awesome. We're gonna stay overnight because it's a long drive.

Ok first of all congrats to the debate team!
Second, if you can, everyone should go cheer on the soccer team tomorrow in state! I can't go but I'll be cheering anyway.
Third and most importantly! WE'RE GOING TO STATE ON SATURDAY! I might cry if no one comes to cheer us on. I'm so nervous It'll look really good to scouts and stuff if we win, and when I go to college visits this summer, I can tell the coaches about it. I really hope we win.

Wow. I totally forgot about this. Actually I forgot my password and then I forgot to figure out how to get it back or reset it, so I finally did that. Sorry! I suck. But it's been so nice outside and why would I want to sit around on the computer when I could go play baseball or something?
I can't believe the year is almost over. CRAZY. Seriously. I can't wait for summer. Not that I don't love school. Well okay, I don't, but I don't hate it or anything and I'll miss playing baseball but I'm gonna be playing this summer with some people so I guess I won't miss it that much. Aside from that, I'm gonna be busy helping my dad with construction stuff, and then we're gonna be visiting a few colleges. We're going to Kansas because my mom really wants me to go there so we have to go check it out.
I forgot to say this before but prom was really great. I had a LOT of fun. ;)

I forgot to do the last assignment. Oops. Sorry, Ms. Olives. 250 words is a lot to write about your best friend especially when you don't even think you have one. I mean, I've never thought about it before so how am I supposed to actually write this assignment? Does it count if I say I don't have one? I can't say my dog because I don't really like him, and my catchers mitt doesn't count, and my bat doesn't count either. I have lots of friends but I don't know if I have a best one.
Ok, maybe Iago. He's pretty cool. We've known each other for a while and played on the baseball team for a while too, and he gives good advice. Ian's cool too. But his sister's way cooler. ;) They're funny guys and good players and teammates. That's about all I've got. It's not enough but I don't have anything else to say.
We have another baseball game on Saturday, everyone should come! We're gonna kick North's ass butt.
Prom was AWESOME. Just for the record. I hope everyone had a good time.

Oh man what a great weekend. The Astros swept the Brewers, haha, that was so great. The Brewers suck. They always start out strong and then get bad real fast and they can never hold on the entire season which is great for us. I'm totally going to see the Astros in June, it'll be awesome. Maybe July too if I can convince my dad.
And then we won too! :)

YES! The Astros won tonight. Ok, so they're still at the bottom of their division, but a win is a win and it's still early. I gotta decide soon what game I want to go to this summer. Maybe a few? I don't know if my parents'll let me drive there more than once and I don't really want to go WITH them. I don't really want to go to one against the Red Sox, but one against the Rangers would be fun. My mom's rooting for the Royals, OF COURSE.

These things are pretty neat I guess, but I don't really know why we have to write in here. Is it really going to help to talk about stuff here? I never have much to say anyway. I'm busy with baseball right now, you guys all know that though.
We have a baseball game on Wednesday! It's away though. And then we have a home game on April 19, so I hope everyone comes out to watch. It'll be really great. I'm not too worried. My dad thinks that scouts are gonna come by sometime, but I don't think that's true. I bet they'll wait until May or something if they're going to come.
Am I supposed to introduce myself? Oops. I'm Andy. Uh, Andrew Knight. I play catcher on the baseball team. What else am I supposed to say? I'm taking Trigonometry, Honors American History (I really like history), Carpentry and Spanish III. It's ok. Spanish is fun sometimes. Senora's really nice. I'm in the Spanish Club too, so I think she likes me.
It's really hard to write 250 about myself. This is weird. I live with my parents, and I have three sisters. Yeah, I know, three. Tiffany goes to UL-AC and is studying biology because she wants to be a vet. Danielle is 13, and then Shelby is 11. We have a dog named Max. He's pretty big. When he was a puppy, he used to chew on my baseball mitt. He drools A LOT. My mom keeps bothering me about college applications, but I'm like, mom, it's only April, I don't need to have anything in until September or something. But I guess she wants to visit somewhere. She wants me to go to KU. That's the University of Kansas. Dad wants me to stay here and keep working with him.
Ok that's it. I have to go study!
